We are committed to handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with My Cheer Engine.com.

Our return policy excludes the following:
We cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned in its original packing:
1.items showing obvious signs of misuse.
2.any return that is missing the originally shipped components.
3.any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)
How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:
We take great pains to source products from manufacturers who believe in quality and excellence, as much as we do. Yet, if things go wrong the odd time, please follow the instructions as below:
Our returns policy provides you 7 days from reciept of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error.
Please contact us immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, through email to customerservice@mycheerengine.com . Also, we require you to attach pictures of the defect for verification before we send a RMA number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. We will reimburse you for the return shipping.
If you can not send a picture of the defect, then once the product has been returned and it is determined that it has a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse you for shipping it back to us.
How to return items for any other reason:
You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item for return instructions. Again contact our Customer Service Department through email at customerservice@mycheerengine.com .
Item must be returned in new condition and in the complete original packaging in re-saleable condition.
Item must be properly packaged and insured with return shipping fee paid in advance by you, unless we have already determined it is defective or damaged in shipping.
After we receive the item, we will inspect the returned item, if everything is in re-saleable condition, you will receive a credit within five business days.
If the item is returned and can not be sold in the condition we receive it, you will not be reimbursed and you will need to pay for shipping if you want us to send it back to you.
